For stores with online floral ordering, post plenty of photos showing options of spot-on thank you gifts in a range of price points. Showing gratitude has been a recommended coping strategy throughout the pandemic. Simple signage accompanying the in-store display will remind shoppers who they might want to thank, including teachers, pet sitters, fire fighters, healthcare workers, postal workers, neighbors, co-workers, friends and family.
Consumers typically don’t hold back on spending when it comes to showing affection for their pets. “We have seen a surge in pet-related ornaments this year and have been trying to get more involved in the space,” says Jamie Adler, account manager, Kurt S.
